Terms

The official Travel Agent of One of the Group is Peterborough Travel Service Peterborough and licensed in Ontario TICO #02455042 and payment for all tours and insurance are made to the agency. Peterborough Travel makes arrangements with coach companies, airlines, transfer operators, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with travel services and other services you purchase. Although Peterborough Travel takes the greatest of care selecting these suppliers, Peterborough Travel or One of the Group are unable to and does not have any control over them and therefore cannot be responsible for there acts or omissions. The travel services provided are subject to the Travel Industry Act (Ont) and regulations hereunder and are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers and international conventions and agreements. Peterborough Travel or One of the Group shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or metal resulting from any delay, substitution of equipment, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein or agents, servants, employees, subcontractors, or for any claim for such loss, damage or injury whether physical or metal, arising therefore, or from any cause that arises by reason of actions or parties other than Peterborough Travel including act of terrorism or acts of war. Peterborough Travel acting for One of the Group reserves the right to decline any passenger as a member of these tours at any time. Peterborough Travel for One of the Group has the right to cancel or modify a tour or travel service you have purchased by substituting services or varying the itinerary. In the event of a cancellation, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the travel services only and we shall not be liable for any claims, demands, losses and damages of any nature or kind whatsoever you may have by reason of our modification to or cancellation of the travel service. Minimum number of passenger as specified on tour itinerary must be reached for the tour to operate, in this case all monies paid to Peterborough Travel with be refunded with no further liability.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be confirmed to Peterborough Travel for One of the Group in writing stating the reason for cancellation.

All Payments are non refundable.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are current at the time of printing although subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to fuel costs, rates of exchange and other factors. Should these costs increase Peterborough Travel for One of the Group reserves the rights to increase the price. Should the price increase more than 15% the client has the right to cancel the contract for travel services obtain a full refund of all amounts paid to Peterborough Travel, unless the increase is the result of government taxes or a fuel surcharge.

Reservation and Payments

For booking made prior to the date full payment is due a non-refundable deposit as per specific tour (plus applicable insurance premium) is required.

Non-refundable balance of payment is required for each tour on date specified in reservation form.

Travel Documents

It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain at their own expense, all documents required by all relevant government authorities. In the event that the passenger does not obtain the required documents he/she will be denied boarding by any air carrier or refused entry into the country of destination. No refunds will be made under such circumstances.

Hotels

Passengers should be aware that hotels and services vary according to different living standards in various countries. Hotels are classified by industry standards and local government ratings. Peterborough Travel for One of the Group reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar rating. In such cases amenities may vary. Passengers should be aware single rooms in many countries are generally small, and passenger's rooms within a group may vary.

Trip Insurance

Peterborough Travel strongly urges passengers to purchase comprehensive insurance prior to departure. Should passengers not wish to purchase such, he/she will be asked to confirm in writing that he/she has declined insurance coverage. Please request full description of coverage offered.
