About Us

One of the Group is a concept that has evolved to fill the gap for outgoing, single woman  travelers to enjoy the pleasure of a group without giving up their independence. We feel our company can provide this by offering small groups with individual accommodations providing the best of both worlds for the 40-plus woman traveler. Our groups give everyone a feeling of belonging and not as a single traveler amongst a group of couples. The tours are planned to suit the woman traveler with a wide range of interests and activity levels.

The official Travel Agency of One of the Group is American Express Travel Services in Peterborough Ontario. All tours and travel arrangements are made by them, and all payments are made to them. As a member of TICO this gives you the protection afforded by this government-regulated organization.

A Little About Me

I have worked in the travel industry for over thirty years in England and Canada, have lived on three continents and visited many more. I am passionate about travel and have for a long time seen the need for One of the Group. I hope to give everyone that travels with us the same joy and pleasure I receive from visiting the beautiful and interesting places the world has to offer.
